TikTok Agency in Dubai

BlueSky Studio runs TikTok for brands in Dubai alongside Instagram and Snapchat, and makes the videos itself, in its own six-set studio in Al Quoz. One content day is shot vertical and cut for each platform, so TikTok gets edits of its own without a second shoot. Creators come from a roster of 150+ permit-verified UAE creators, whose videos can be licensed for Spark Ads, and paid campaigns on TikTok can run alongside the monthly content.

TikTok or Instagram for UAE brands

The useful question is usually not which one, but how much of the month each one gets. That depends on what you sell, who buys it and how much video you can make. Niche by niche, with what each option costs to make, it is in TikTok or Instagram for UAE brands.

Instagram is where most of the brands on our social media page keep their main account: the grid a new customer checks, the product posts and the stories that keep followers coming back. TikTok shows videos in its For You feed to people who do not follow you yet, so it is built for reach first.

Snapchat is the third platform the team runs, for audiences in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, where it has a large following. The same vertical footage serves all three.

  • Who buys. If your customers already follow you on Instagram and order through DMs or WhatsApp, Instagram stays the main account and TikTok adds reach.
  • What the product does on camera. A texture, a fit, a before and after, a dish being plated: products that change in front of the lens give TikTok something to show.
  • How much video you can make. TikTok is built around video, so the plan needs enough vertical video to post regularly. One studio day shot vertical can feed TikTok, Reels and Snapchat together.
  • Whether you will pay to boost. If the best videos will get a budget behind them, Spark Ads boost them on TikTok and keep the views and likes on the original post.

Native formats

A TikTok that looks like a TV ad tends to be treated like one. The videos we cut for TikTok are made to sit in the feed: a person talking to camera, a creator trying the product, a trend restyled for the brand, a before and after, the shoot behind the scenes.

Each video starts with a hook written for its first second: a question to the viewer, a before and after, a trending sound the audience already knows, or the product moving in the very first frame. Scripts stay short, with one idea and one call to action; the three videos below run from about 8 to 13 seconds.

Every video is shot and cut vertical, 9:16, with the text on screen burned in for people who watch with the sound off, in Arabic or English, with the other language in the caption when a post needs both. The same file can run on TikTok, Reels and Snapchat, and where TikTok needs a different hook or sound, it gets its own cut from the same footage. How the videos are planned and shot in batches is on Reels production.

What we run on your TikTok each month

Management means the month leaves your desk. The TikTok plan is built with the rest of your calendar, so a launch, an offer or a season shows up on every platform at once.

  • A monthly plan, built with your Instagram and Snapchat calendar.
  • One content day in our studio or at your location, shot vertical for every platform.
  • Hooks and scripts written for each video.
  • Edits cut for TikTok, with text on screen and the hook in the first second.
  • Posting on the days the plan sets.
  • Paid campaigns on TikTok when the month calls for them.
  • A monthly report with what to change next month.

Creators and permits

Some TikToks work better from a creator than from a brand account. The studio works with 150+ permit-verified UAE creators through its UGC service, in beauty and skincare, F&B, fashion and modest fashion, clinics and real estate, with native Khaleeji and Levantine Arabic speakers on the roster. They film at home, in the studio or at your venue, and a brief becomes ad-ready files in seven working days. You choose from two to three profiles per role, with previous work and permit status attached, and an Arabic version with a native creator voiceover and subtitles is from AED 300 per video.

Since 1 February 2026, anyone who promotes a product, a service or content on social media in the UAE needs an Advertiser Permit, and brands are expected to check it. Every creator we book is verified before filming, and the permit number sits in your campaign file. The checks a brand should run itself are in our guide to the UAE Advertiser Permit.

TikTok ads

Paid campaigns on TikTok can run alongside the monthly content, with the budget kept apart from the fee: the fee pays for the work, and the ad budget goes to TikTok.

Spark Ads are TikTok's format for boosting organic posts, from your own account or, with their authorization, from a creator's. The views, likes, comments, shares and follows the ad gains count on the original post, so the video goes on working after the campaign ends. Creator files come named by hook and variation, in 9:16 and 1:1, so they drop straight into the ad account.

Creator videos need a paid licence to run as ads: from AED 200 per video for six months, or from AED 350 for twelve. Spark Ads, whitelisting or Partnership Ads from a creator's handle are licensed from AED 400 per video per three months. When to use creators, influencers or studio footage for ads is compared in UGC, influencers or studio content.
